This location does not offer accessories for packing (e.g., boxes, tape, etc.). It would be nice if those items were available. Otherwise, everyone I dealt with was super friendly and helpful. I’ll be back for my future needs.

Don't use armorall on the floor mats of the trucks. It makes the floor slippery and the bottom of your shoes slippery. My wife hurt herself getting in the truck because the floor was so slippery.

The Uhaul app has some glitches with camera usuage! Allow person to take pictures with their own camera and upload them that way!

I love this location, I have been using them for many years. I do wish they had more dollies and trailers though. They definitely need more dollies, I was very lucky to get one yesterday. But otherwise this is an awesome location.

Highly recommended! We had to move my elderly mom. During the moving process we had stop moving for her medical issue. The pricing was fair and the daily use was flexible enough that we could get the job done without spending a fortune. The truck was immaculate and ran smoothly too.

This was the first renting experience I've had with u-haul and I must say it was excellent. From Aleen on the phone to the guy who helped us hook the trailer up. I would definitely recommend Al's auto repair in Loxahatchee. They're a smooth well oiled operation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When I say I absolutely Love this location great customer service Elena I believe that’s how you say. Her name very professional very prompt. Everything is all set up ready to go. All you have to do is pull up. They even have someone on the go kart outside waiting to assist. Yes, of course I would recommend anyone 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️

Very clean new 10' truck... only problem too much ArmorAll on driver's floor.. made it too slippery.. otherwise great.

I returned the truck on A Sunday and actually Al happended to be out by the parking lot sitting on a golf cart. I didn't have to walk to the office since he was collecting the truck key. Al should have been properly identified as the person collecting the return the truck key. Thank you.

Very good location but the GPS will take you to the road behind the property where there is no entrance. Make sure you get off of Southern Blvd. to get to Al's Auto Repair.

After further review, I totally dis-agree with this minimal refund. The original agreement was that the trailer that I had reserved and I have email verification, was not available at the time and U-Haul decide themselves to alter the said agreement is totally a breech of contract. I believe a total refund is justified. This is not my doing and is totally on U-Haul. Mike Lewis 321-604-6702
