Did not experience staff or go into the location. Just dropped off the trailer took pictures requested and left. Yall need to ad an N/A option on this survey
Jonathan GFirst, when I picked the trailer up, no one told me about the damage to the wheel fender on the drivers side. Someone hit something and bent the bender in so much that it you hit a bump, the edge of the fender hits the wheel. I reported the damage the same day I picked it up and provided pictures of the damage. I was also asked to bend the fender out so it would not damage the wheel. Lastly, the brakes on the trailer don’t work. Otherwise it did what I needed it to do.
Kevin KI like this location and try to use it whenever I rent something from your company. It's easy to get in and out of, quicker than the other locations, and Aleena who operates the place is super easy to work with.
