I love their efficiency

The interior was dirty (ashes in window seal, sticky residue in cup holder from a soda), the U-Haul had low miles but was outdated, I took a long trip to Texas and I had to use my phone for gps the whole time

I reserved 2 utility dollys. When I got to the location, there was only one and we were told we couldn’t have that one because someone just reserved it. But my reservation was first and I was there and the other person was not.

lady on the phone was rude and spoke to us like we were little kids, it was pretty condesending. Its a simple process.. lmao we dont need to be spoken to like we dont understand how to pick up and drop off a truck. but the older gentleman who helped us retrieve the uhaul was really kind and helpful.

Uhaul is great, with new and easy-to-use equipment. However, as a long-term customer, I’ve noticed one thing that’s never changed: the app and website experience. It’s so slow that it’s almost impossible to load anything, send messages, or even email. This is especially frustrating on Saturdays. I’m sure Uhaul is aware of the server overload, and I genuinely hope they can fix this issue.

I returned the truck at 10 p.m., but because the man couldn't find the keys in the drop-off box, I was charged for an extra six hours—billed right up until the manager went to retrieve the keys at 1 p.m. the next day. It is disgraceful for a company like U-Haul to treat a customer this way; I will never rent from or recommend this location to anyone.

When we went looking for the drop box after hours, we met Val. He accepted the keys and reparked the truck to ensure it was safe from other driver drop off damages. Thank you, Val!

Lug nuts all loose on trailer and one fell off on my trip. They do not inspect their trailers

U-Haul was unkempt. It was infested with roaches, bed bugs, and ticks. No one ever answers the phone at Al's.

First, when I picked the trailer up, no one told me about the damage to the wheel fender on the drivers side. Someone hit something and bent the bender in so much that it you hit a bump, the edge of the fender hits the wheel. I reported the damage the same day I picked it up and provided pictures of the damage. I was also asked to bend the fender out so it would not damage the wheel. Lastly, the brakes on the trailer don’t work. Otherwise it did what I needed it to do.

I like this location and try to use it whenever I rent something from your company. It's easy to get in and out of, quicker than the other locations, and Aleena who operates the place is super easy to work with.

Rented the trailer for 4 hours and I got charger for 3 days, i went back to the office to get this resolved and every time I went back the office was close. On day 3 I found a neighbor that gave a phone number to get this resolved. Waste of time for something that it should have not happened if I was charged the correct amount of money.

My reservation was transferred without my consent or asking me or for any reason prior to pick up I waited for more than hour to get the truck even know a call day before asking about if will in will have any issues with my pick up I call day after returning the truck nobody’s know who changed they told me to call 88 number and same thing. Will never rent again

Trailer was horrible. It would shake at 35mph all the way up to 55mph. The entire drive felt like the trailer was 1 speed bump away from flying off. Repairs need to be made before someone else rents it out.

Going to this particular location, customers get to experience a place where customer service went to die. I scheduled my pick up for 8:30 am mobile pick up, they moved my appointment to 9 without emailing me so I showed up at 8:30 and waited. They guy Al who fixes the cars told me to wait until 9 and the lady will be here, 9 comes and goes and I go back up to him asking where she is and he says “can’t you read?” There is a phone number on the door for you to call. So I call the number on the door and keep getting a “welcome to Verizon wireless your call cannot be completed as dialed please hang up and try your call again, so I call 3 more times, then I get a text saying they will call me back they are on the phone. Very cold phone rep that walks me through the check in process, come to find out it’s Al’s daughter that manages the process! This family is the most unfriendly, least customer service oriented family! I also had to pick up the truck from a giant mid puddle and the back was parked in a mud bank which I had to clean off before loading up the truck. Overall, poor experience and hope I don’t have to use them again! You are just a number to these people.

I will use only this location from now on. The U-Haul system was down during the time I was supposed to have my truck dispatched. The personal went well out of there way to help me with getting the truck rented, and the amazing thing is that this location closes at 4:00pm and she worked until 4:30pm to get the dispatch completed. I would put 10 stars if I could. Great people. Highly recommend Al’s Auto Repair for U-Haul rentals.

We had to go after hours, and it was a bit confusing as the lot to drop off was to the left of the business location. Glad we did it during light hours as I don’t think I would’ve found the lock box in the evening.

The key drop off was difficult to find. It would be great in instructions to explain where it is. Otherwise everything was very self explanatory. I had to call customer service when the app gave me trouble with photo upload, but the representative was very helpful.

Using the application for anything more than the first portion of the reservation, is horrible. Very time consuming and not to mention the freezing of the app wish after speakkng with other costumers, it has been an ongoing issue. Terrible app.

I called office for assistance and they sent someone in golf cart to help me. Friendly and professional. I couldn't lift the trailer up by myself to hook onto car. I needed to unhook trailer during the rental period and it was a hardship finding someone to help and to secure it without landing gear that includes a jack and wheel.
