Deon HMy review is based on the condition of the van that was provided. First, there was a strong and unpleasant odor inside the vehicle. The interior was visibly dirty, including the side walls. Additionally, the van was not equipped with windshield washer fluid. When it began to rain, we were unable to properly clean the front windshield, which raised safety concerns. Poor customer service

MARCELO HThis location did not provide me with a drop off address at my final location and instead explicitly told me I could drop it off at any Uhaul location in Vero Beach. This led to quite a headache when I was trying to find a location to drop it off at and meet the deadline of before the 24 hour rental mark.

TOM REverything was fine with the car transport trailer. However during the orientation they didn’t tell us how to lower the trailer’s fender. We were not aware this was possible. As a result, we couldn’t open the driver’s door once the car was on the trailer. We had to climb in and out of the driver’s window, and had no way of closing the window during transport. Please advise future customers of the fender operation.

Alexander VDon’t send out trucks with bad tire sensors so that one needs to stop and get air as well as buy a can of fix a flat for fear of being stranded and clean the vehicles. Windows so dirty couldn’t see and the window handle fell off repeatedly. Otherwise, rental went as one would expect.

EDMUND FDon't use armorall on the floor mats of the trucks. It makes the floor slippery and the bottom of your shoes slippery. My wife hurt herself getting in the truck because the floor was so slippery.
