James BThis location was very helpful and the man that helped me went above and beyond. However, this was not my original drop off location. The original drop off location did not exist. I spent about 30 minutes driving around town trying to find the drop off location based on the address in the email.
Christina AThe trailer was not available at the location. I had to wait for an hour while they found one at another location. When I did get it, it was dirty on the outside from road travel and reasonably clean on the inside.
