I don't know what to tell you but this pick up business it is something else no good pick up whatever you rent on the location you do the booking that is supose to be and arrest my case goodbye thank you any way

SILAMBARASAN AWhat you could do is have the equipment where I wanted to pick up in the first place and that I could drop it off where I move to not have me drive 2 and a half hour to pick up and drive 1 and a half hour for drop off.

Greg ATruck was very dirty from inside. There were fries on the back of seat and empty burger boxes. There was pop all over the front dashboard. The major concern was the steering wheel liquid was empty which made my trip very hard. It was not easy to turn the steering wheel. The guy at the drop off location even asked me how was I able to drive this truck from all the way from winnipeg to Brampton as there was no steering liquid.I had my pregnant wife and my kid with me this could be dangerous to my family. You guys don’t even check the truck before giving to a customer. I was driving all the way now my arms hurt so much. As soon as I brought the truck to the pick up location they sent it right way to the service station as they said it is not safe to drive anymore. If something would have happened to me and my family then who was responsible? I am going to take this complain to further headquarters too if some solution is not given to me for this. You guys are playing with customers life here. My trip could have been way better if the truck was checked before giving it out to the customer. This is one of the largest company and this type of negligence is not at all accepted. This could be dangerous and my steering wheel could have been stuck too and I was driving in mountains. it could have taken lives too. Contact me back at 2045587575 otherwise I will take this complain further. You can even contact at the drop off location and ask them what was the problem.

Ron FThe person input the wrong allowable mileage, my destination was 70miles away and I was allowed 30, so I was charged an extra fee. I was not made aware of this.

kanthe mYour “reservation” system sucks.. Never get offered the correct trailer at the correct place. Had to drive 2 hours each way to retrieve your trailer for you..
MICHAEL EGuy entered a false gas reading (I have photos) then charged my credit card for gas that I did not owe for. My guess is he was going to refund it later and pocket the money.
Jonathan KMake sure when a customer books a U-Haul online and it says available at their chosen location it's actually there and not changed 3 days before the move to a much farther location. I'm out extra fuel money on my move because of that and lost time.
DanielJean LI live in Winnipeg and had to drive to Altona to pick up trailer for move to bc. I gave a 2 week notice and never got a call had to call day before I had to load up,I think uhaul uses its customers to do the equipment moving, its a monopoly and there are no alternatives. Don't like it ,too bad go somewhere else!

diane bWe went to several locations to make inquiries and all 5 locations we visited, including the pick-up location, and drop-off location were severely understaffed. There was only one employee to answer the phone, look after the gas station, ring up store customers, look after U-haul clients, etc, etc, etc. There were many clients lined up and waiting. Each location needs a min. of 2 staff. That is no way to treat employees or clients.
Elizabeth HDo not have locks on the truck. I repeat. When the customer returns the truck tell them to NOT put the lock on it. It took them 2 hours to get the lock off. Offer a discount if this occurs. It was mega inconvenient. No locks. What for do you need one on an empty truck. The customer should not be allowed to program the lock. That is crazy. Honestly. The proprietor was super nice. But your policy of locks is highly inconvenient.
