First Trailer had a brake light not working. Second trailer ratchet straps would not release or crank had to ask for WD 40 to soak them to make them work properly. Staff were friendly and helpful, location was clean and maintained. I think that they should be more diligent in their maintenance of the equipment.
wallace bAt least you can buy paraphernalia to smoke weed at this location. The guy didn’t even know how to attach a vehicle transport to the truck.
Don HI requested a 10' truck, they didn't have one, so UHaul offered me a 20' truck for same rate as 10' truck. Inside the truck there's a sign that says UHaul will take $25 off your bill if you sweep the truck, which I did, and mentioned it, and no $25 off of bill. Instead I received a ton of fees. 2 Hours / 11 miles was a $176.!!!!!
