Truck was very dirty from inside. There were fries on the back of seat and empty burger boxes. There was pop all over the front dashboard. The major concern was the steering wheel liquid was empty which made my trip very hard. It was not easy to turn the steering wheel. The guy at the drop off location even asked me how was I able to drive this truck from all the way from winnipeg to Brampton as there was no steering liquid.I had my pregnant wife and my kid with me this could be dangerous to my family. You guys don't even check the truck before giving to a customer. I was driving all the way now my arms hurt so much. As soon as I brought the truck to the pick up location they sent it right way to the service station as they said it is not safe to drive anymore. If something would have happened to me and my family then who was responsible? I am going to take this complain to further headquarters too if some solution is not given to me for this. You guys are playing with customers life here. My trip could have been way better if the truck was checked before giving it out to the customer. This is one of the largest company and this type of negligence is not at all accepted. This could be dangerous and my steering wheel could have been stuck too and I was driving in mountains. it could have taken lives too. Contact me back at 2045587575 otherwise I will take this complain further. You can even contact at the drop off location and ask them what was the problem.

Ron F.The person input the wrong allowable mileage, my destination was 70miles away and I was allowed 30, so I was charged an extra fee. I was not made aware of this.
