We went to several locations to make inquiries and all 5 locations we visited, including the pick-up location, and drop-off location were severely understaffed. There was only one employee to answer the phone, look after the gas station, ring up store customers, look after U-haul clients, etc, etc, etc. There were many clients lined up and waiting. Each location needs a min. of 2 staff. That is no way to treat employees or clients.Elizabeth H.
Do not have locks on the truck. I repeat. When the customer returns the truck tell them to NOT put the lock on it. It took them 2 hours to get the lock off. Offer a discount if this occurs. It was mega inconvenient. No locks. What for do you need one on an empty truck. The customer should not be allowed to program the lock. That is crazy. Honestly. The proprietor was super nice. But your policy of locks is highly inconvenient.MARLENE K.
