The other location did not stage my key and I was transferred here . They really had a simple process but the trucks are parked in the back lots so you have to navigate around

LANELLE JThe Air Conditioner only worked about 45 minutes into a 4 hour round trip! On the way back for 2 hours, after unloading the U-Haul in 100 degree Texas heat, we had no air conditioning. Me and my crew became very ill due to the heat. I rented this unit at an automotive business too! U-Haul should take these high mileage outdated units out of service….

JOHNATHAN JAn option that asks was it returned in the same condition as found. I took pictures of the inside of the cab prior to leaving the lot, but that was before the 1/2 full vodka bottle made noise all the way to my daughter 's house where I found it under the passenger seat. The business was closed on weekends so I was on my own. They lock box was difficult to open.

Raven GAir conditioner did not work. Seat belt was too tight for large men. Brake and footfeet configuration was poor. Ran good uncomfortable to drive. Picking up and receiving was good

Dianna GTruck oil light came on the morning I picked up truck. I the customer had to buy oil for truck. I called company where I picked truck up from,she responded let me know if anything happen. But other than that truck worked out fine.

Vivian FIt would be nice if a customer calls, that their call would be returned in a timely matter. I called 3 times and finally had to call customer service to get everything straighten out . Chantel at the customer service number did an excellent job in straighten everything out for us,since we were in a time crunch.THANK YOU Chantel !!
Outstanding experience so far. Still have tovreturn some unused boxes. We will see if Fort Worth is as good as Beaumont.
