The experience was absolutely awful!!! Not only did they not have already at 9 AM it was 1030M before I got it. I was told I could not keep my U-Haul for the 24 hours that I rented it for so I was made to return it by 8 PM or I was told I would be charged after hours fee. Non of which was true come to find out! I returned the U-Haul at 7:30 PM and replaced all the gas used. When we returned it, we asked the guy if we could go take pictures and sign the U-Haul back in. He told us no now they are trying to charge my card an extra 60 something dollars for not putting gas in it, which is not true and going over the mileage, which is also not true. I have tried to dispute these charges, but they are still trying to charge my card. Do not rent.From them!!!

It’s a smoke shop and smelled horrible. For no contact drop off yes I would recommend. Everything else about it was fine.

They are very nice and helpful. They stay open until 9PM too! All the other places closed at 6PM Both of the men that worked when I was there were very helpful and very knowledgeable about the equipment. They took great care of me and I appreciate that. I even had to change the drop off location at the last moment and they knew exactly what was required and I even got money back. The trailer was returned a day earlier too. Thank you Uhaul You take great care of your customers

Still don't understand how or why I owe $15 extra. I was under the mileage I paid for and returned the truck in a clean condition, at the proper fuel levels. Really, really irritating
