Right rear tire had 35psi air, all other were over 110 psi. box needed to be swept. cab was dirty, and I had to clean it in order to not stick to the center console. Also the advance track kept giving error randomly throughout trip, and abs light would also turn on at same time, and it would kick off the cruise control and would not allow cruise to work until it randomly kicked off. The gentleman i picked the truck from was not personable nor cordial, including I specifically told him I did not want the truck on Wed at closing time unless I did not get charged for the day. Then he charged me for the day. He either lied intentionally or misrepresented because he didn't know, either way I got charged for a day I specifically inquired about and was told I would not.

An extra $160 dollars for millage? There is no way I drove 140 miles. I will be disputing this on my account. The check engine light was on when I started it as well.
Richard RI reserved the truck online, got there she did not have that truck put me into another one told me to go out and find it. I did, the mileage was wrong the gas was wrong, I was there almost an hour after booking online.
Melissa LWas a tobacco shop so if allergic to the smell, not a good place. Also, printer did not work so it took a while to get checked in. This was not our original pickup, U-Haul changed due to availability. Please also note, I was charged for 15 extra miles, but it was U-Haul that changed, not me so I would like consideration for a refund.
Gary GU-Haul had to be jumped off when picked up, plus 2 more times on the same day causing delays. It was also not ready for pickup. The store owner was nice but it was a nightmare experience from start to finish.
