Terrible. Terrible experience. Would not complete my transaction. Each time a customer came In to buy some other product they left me to get the quick sale. No hook up help. Did not have all the equipment I rented. Terrible customer service. Charged me double at the end of the rental and didn’t help unhook the trailer. Absolutely avoid this terrible terrible location.

PATRICK SThis was the fastest pick up and drop off I've ever had at a uhaul rental location. Everything went exactly as the associate told me it would and there were no surprises. Also, the folks I talked to in the phone setting this up the rental did a great job communicating. All around good experience.
Elana FThis location was great, however it was the 3rd place I was sent to after making my reservation days in advance and calling Saturday morning to confirm only to find out the requested equipment wasn’t available so I was sent to another location which I called and got no answer. I called Cus to met service back and they insisted the location was open. Upon arrival the place was locked so I called back. “They’ve gone to lunch.” I was sent to a 3rd place with didn’t have any equipment except the trailer. This made me 30 min. late for my appointment even though I built in a 1 hr cushion beforehand. Absolutely the worst experience ever.
