U-Haul had to be jumped off when picked up, plus 2 more times on the same day causing delays. It was also not ready for pickup. The store owner was nice but it was a nightmare experience from start to finish.

If someone comes into the store wanting something they shouldn't be directed to go online and make reservation when they right there in person. Was also told I can set up to drop off at different location which was untrue. Charged me 140 for something they caused. Absolutely the most shitty shady company I've ever dealt with. Everyone should be fired and close this shit hole down. Do not use uhaul if your able to.

ROGER DSafety break away brake cable was damaged/frayed. Steel wires sticking up, cut my handon them. Cable needs to be replaced. I sent pictures on return form.
