Couldn’t rent what I wanted because it had a bad tire. Not sure who is responsible but I had to pay more for my rental because the trailer I originally needed had a defect in the tire.

DARREN GYour app sucks. It kept crashing trying to get the truck and returning it. It delayed me from starting my day and delivering it back. The help line is backed up. the only way to communicate it to text. If you would fix the app it would of been a great experience.
