The worst experience. It took almost an hour to gain access to the keys to the truck and the employee was very unhelpful and prolonged gaining access to the truck unnecessarily. None of the equipment I rented was there, yet I still got charged for it. The employee made me speak to his own boss on his phone and refused to speak to the U-HAUL representative I had on the line. The U-HAUL customer service line was wonderful, this location was not. I highly recommend U-Haul remove this location as an option.
