Gary EDuring the return process not only was I completely disrespected in more ways then ONE, BUT THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISREGARDED THE IMPORTANCE OF HOW THE BUSINESS IS RAN CAN AFFECT THE CUSTOMER!! IVE NEVER HAD AND EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS AS LONG AS IVE RENTED FROM UHAUL AND IM ABSOUTELY did TRAUMATIZED BY THIS EXPERIENCE!!!! I HONESTLY FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN FAILED AS ONE OF THE COMPANIES LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!!!!
tAKIA wTank was empty. The gas station lady had to call the guy - who claimed my paperwork was done wrong just so he could add in the 84$ protection. I agreed on a price - it was changed and I was never told. Super unprofessional. Not to mention the tank was on empty and the dude doubled as a gas station. It’s been a week and I haven’t been refunded on either end and I’ve just been told to call uhaul. LOL
John MDon't allow that location to rent for U-Haul. Got the trailer an hour late. Rented for 2 days, the 2nd day they call at 7:45am asking where it's at that my rental time is up saying I rented it for a day and a half. Very bad customer service and not knowledgeable in what they are doing.
