The place I rented the U-haul was quite alright, but the clerk that worked there was just giving me a hard time. I don’t know if it’s because she assisted me the same time around the year last year or her attitude. Reading me the U-haul terms and conditions in a passive aggressive manner is not really appreciative to the customer (which is I) and I demand that you take immediate disciplinary action.

Carlos JHorrible experience. Lady was very rude from the beginning. Then when I went back to return the truck, I needed help parking it and she would not help me. Then she had the nerve to start cussing at me. She needs to be shut down/ Fired. Then when I asked about the refund process, she would not help me. Very unprofessional overall.

PRANAY SMy reservation included a dolly. The lady Mona said they did not have the dolly and charged me extra for the only piece of equipment she had. I brought the truck back and told her that the mirrors did not work, and the sun visor was broken. Mona said I had to move the truck into a small spot myself. I refused and told her again the mirrors didn’t work on the truck, and it is unsafe. How are you renting a truck this way it is unsafe. I checked my account, and she charged me a $250 cleaning fee. I am disputing this charge and the unprofessional service I have had since I picked up this truck.
Avia CFirst of, the Indian lady at this location was so rude. I told her I have a reservation upon arrival and She asked if I received a text and I said no, showing her my reservation on my phone. She wouldn’t even look at that because she said if I did have a reservation, I should have received a text. She then asked me how I got her address to come there so I had to click on the link in the app for directions to show her before she believed I had a reservation instead of asking for a reservation number or other means. I had reserved equipment for my moving that I normally wouldn’t take cos a friend has it all and I always used his but equipment options kept coming up and I said to my self, let me just rent it from them since it could be convenient not having to return my friends outnumber who lives far now so I reserved all that I needed. I got there and the main dolly I needed, she told me they didn’t have it so I had to go buy some. Upon coming back to return the truck, she wanted me to pack it the way it was as I picked it up. Mind u, this is a 20” size and the place is a gas station with no space. I told her I couldn’t because of the space there. All trucks were still there and she wanted me ti turn the car around and backup into the small space like it was. She then said if I don’t, she won’t check the car in so I had to find someone buying gas to help back the car in there for me. I believe whoever is working at a U-Haul location should be able to do things like that as other places I have rented from would either move the truck out or in place where it’s hard to. I don’t think she should be working there.

NICHOLAS PI walked in without a reservation, cashier asked if I have one and I said No, I ask her if can I make one a she said is not any truck available. I left the store and i did the reservation by the app, for my surprise was at the same location when she said No equipment and No reservations available, she was on the phone all the time, she was rude and unhelpful and unprofessional. She make me spend time driving around trying to find a truck.

This lady was very unprofessional and accused me of breaking a mirror on the truck that was already loose. She also threatened to charge my card for the mirror and then told me that everything was fine. It was also a bad language barrier.

Miguel HThis business is so convenient, yes this is a BP Gas station, but the location is perfect just off 270 and 200, the staff are extremely helpful. This is my fourth time using the same location the past few years and I always come back because they're amazing. They continue to have great service and I appreciate them. Keep up good work.
Miguel HI had reserved the cargo van pick up at this location, and my confirmation email confirms that my reservation was for a cargo van, but the attendant at the location said the system shows we reserved a truck and insisted that they don't have a cargo van available even though there was one parked at the location. She was also having lunch at our time of pick up (1:30PM) and had us wait around for 5-10 minutes so she could finish her lunch first before she made a phone call to resolve the matter. At least when we went back in after the wait she did let us drive the cargo van that was parked there. She also appears to not know anything about the system. When we dropped of the cargo van and asked her for a confirmation email that it is dropped off, she said she couldn't produce anything like that to confirm that we've dropped it off. When I asked what my final total was, she told me she didn't know and that I'll find out when I get the final receipt. Never coming back here again.

Charles BBetter training and customer service for the employee. I had to make an appointment online in order to reserve a truck. The front attendant that was helping me told me that there were no trucks available for reservation when trying to reserve in person. I saw on the lot there were about 6 trucks available. I mentioned what I saw and was told all the trucks were reserved and that no trucks are available for reservation. I had to go into my car and reserve the truck online for I wanted. After making the reservation online and following all the instructions, my reservation was confirmed for 1:30pm. I went to go get my truck at the same location, to meet with the same employee that was previously helping me. The employee told me that there were still no trucks available and that even though I had a reservation, I am not able to get the truck I wanted. After a few arguments and raising my voice to this employee, it turns out there were 2 reservations that day for 3 and 5pm. I ended up was able to get my reservation when the employee frustratingly said "oh whatever. I don't care about the other reservations. Take the keys". I then left with my truck.
Kelvinand HThe lady there simply won't let you change the credit card for payment; the card you used to book is the only way she knows hoe to handle. Changing to anotehr card is a no no!! She struggles with the U Haul system which can be very frustrating.
Nana KThe woman there asked me questions very quickly and didn't let me think or look at the miles I would use or the time it would take me to do my things when renting the van. I felt pressured and I gave approximate answers. I was late but she never told me that by letting her know that she would use the van for longer, they would charge me double, that is, she would pay for 48 hours. So I had to go back to the place very quickly to return the van and they still charged me for the 48 hours. I feel scammed and I feel like they stole $67 from me.

Devin KIt's not my first time using U-haul. This last rental, was my worst experience. Not just because the equipment was really bad, but the people who was attending is very rude and try to take advantage in every step. Definitely will not recommend this location. (Negative 10 stars)

Ghaidan SAlex was very helpful and customer-orientated. The truck had issues with the passenger door and was extremely dirty. There was no additional uhal equipment for pickup, such as boxes.

Plus, she has an attitude as if she doesn’t wanna deal with us. All we did was walked in and asked for a U Haul. If you don’t like it, then hire another person or don’t rent U haul.

Mike HIt’s a gas station that had no gas, they wanted to charge for the gas and an extra 30 for pumping gas. I had to go find another gas station before returning the truck.
