Horrible experience. Lady was very rude from the beginning. Then when I went back to return the truck, I needed help parking it and she would not help me. Then she had the nerve to start cussing at me. She needs to be shut down/ Fired. Then when I asked about the refund process, she would not help me. Very unprofessional overall.

Vehicle had a hole in the roof and my furniture was damaged because of rain.
Rodney WThe employee that helped me with my pickup and drop-off could improve her customer service skills. She was talking on the phone to a friend the whole time that I was doing my pickup. She also seemed to be irritable. A little more kindness and attention to the customer would be great.
