Previous customer dropped it off at the wrong location. I had to drive to a different address even further away. That wasn’t the right location either. App for the pictures didn’t work. Didn’t pick up my truck till 3:56. Was suppose to be ready by 2:30. Had 1/8 tank of gas when I was supposed to pick it up. Truck was not cleaned out. Terrible experience. Won’t be using U-Haul again.
