I didn't receive any notification about the key location or check-in instructions. I called U-Haul, and the representative didn't know where the key was at first. It took a full hour to get checked in and locate the key a woman who worked for the campground showed up with the key and she was very helpful though. I went through the checking in for the truck online and the person online was also very helpful.
