While the guy who checked in me was really nice , the location not having enough pads was unacceptable. And then when dropping the truck back, another worker said he couldn’t process my return and told me to go to the foothill blvd Fontana location who processed everything better, huge shoutout to that location’s assistant GM Giovanni for helping me and understanding what happened.
