At drop off, there was one employee working the convenience store who was tied up so to speed up the process, she had me move the truck to another area, take pics of the dashboard for milage/gas, etc. so felt as it I was doing U-Haul's job.

Imari CI would appreciate it if you could avoid transferring my reservation to a questionable gas station that just happens to have a few U-Haul rentals. I did not appreciate having to take my family to that area of town due to a system error or poor communication. Honestly would have preferred a refund but I didn't have a choice with my travel plans.
Cody NI made my reservation online for a different location. Everything was confirmed online. When I arrived at the first location, they told me that they had no trailer. They directed me to this location. After some waiting some time on the phone I was able to get a trailer. That was all fine. My problem with U-Haul pickup was that the trailer was not at my first location

joseph tEverything at this location needs improvement. When I paid for the uhaul I was not given any paperwork or any info on where my truck was. I had to walk a block and find the truck myself. Once I found the truck we opened it to find a used mattress, blankets, a candle and urine. The smell coming from the truck was a clear indication that a homeless person was living out of that truck for a few days. The attendant attempted to clean the truck with a bucket of dirty black water. I had to wait to get to my destination to mop the entire truck and disinfect it. This entire situation pushed back my moving by about 2 1/2 hours. This was the wirst experience added to a very stressful move.

KALE WThis was not the intended location for my pickup. I had to uber to this unknown destination as a single female with my young daughter. The U-Haul customs service that called me to change locations advised this was self service. It 100 % was not and my app told me to call U-Haul. After waiting on hold for 5 min in an unfamiliar less than desirable location we finally were advised the attendant onsite will help us. At the time she was helping other customers so we had to wait, as I didn't even see her there. She was great and helpful , but this was not what I expected. Our uber driver asked if he should wait for us to ensure we were safe. I specifically chose a location that was a U-Haul center knowing my situation and assessing the area. This was not ideal but we had no other option. The truck was fine except the fuel tank would not allow the tank to be filled with the safety feature with the pump and the tank. It took me 45 mins to fill up as it would continue to automatically shut off. I even had the gas attendant helping me and he advised to not fill up anymore because it was full. However, it was not! Just frustrating. I did share with the U-Haul center when I made the return. They advised they would look into it.

Susan SAlthough the location is in a rougher part of the city, the facility itself was good and the employee was also beautifully amazing. They were beyond helpful with the circumstances of our (multiple) return location change-ups. We were extremely grateful for their generosity, and U-Haul's allowance for autonomy for them to be able to make these kids of decisions.

JOHANNA PI was overcharged and the truck smelled like cigarettes. Nobody checked in my equipment until over 2 hours after I returned it. This location is scamming and taking advantage of trusting and loyal U-Haul customers.
Khor GDon’t let the location fool you. The staff here were professional and prompt. If they have it, they will get you on the road quickly.
Jarvis RI wasted time cleaning the truck, the inside was filthy, I paid $169 for a truck that was supper dirty inside the cab and in the storage compartment. I have rented uhauls in the past but this is the worst I have ever had.
PERFECTO MThey took over $1000 extra off of my credit card when I tried to contact the owner Chris ignored my phone calls and did not return any of them , I been up there several times to speak with someone and they keep saying Chris is not there he's unprofessional I will never go through them again .
Kimmya Si had 1245 reservation when i got there there was no one there to help me and gas station attended was not helpful the person she did tryed to call when i kept tell her i a reservation didnt answer the phone for 30mins and then another person that i guess worked with them started to help me it took another 20 mins and after i used the truck and brought it back about 630 i was told the they was going to call whoever was in charge and let the know i return the truck but when i call the next day they asked me if i still had the truck and i told them NO. i asked why was my account had a hold on it for $202 dollas and my fee was 84 dollas they told me that it hasnt been close out yet and to wait 48 hurs and its been over that now and it still has a hold on it so NO I WANT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATIONTO ANYONE ....
Alan RReally Strange setup. The whole deal was done with the mini mart lady's phone. When returning the truck, they didn't close my reservation until 6 hours later. WIll definitely not come back to this place again.

Nino PThey overcharged me!! They charged me what the previous person was suppose to pay, they said it was an error on their part and they would take care of it. This happened since June and they haven't refunded me my money nor did they sent me my contract
Fernando RThe U-Haul was located at a gas station, the cars were in a challenging parking arrangement. I had to back out an oversized 25’ out of the way to get to the truck I had rented, which I was not pleased about. They said to come back and refill the 1/8 tank of gas at their gas station which didn’t take CC, so when I returned the car and want to get gas, they said it didn’t work and there was “no gas” and then Uhual charged me $66 for 1/8 tank of gas which is ABSURD.
SETH BFinding a 26' truck in LA is surprisingly hard, but this spot had one. This was the smoothest U-Haul experience I've ever had.

Anne LSmoother check in process. I was all registered and checked in. When I checked in at the location, the U-Haul representative on the phone tried to upsale me by changing my requests by an additional $30. I had to go through each charge to rectify. Location is dirty and was blocked off with caution tape, making it challenging to get out of the parking lot.

Hugo LTerrible experience! Booked at a main uhaul and 1 day before they called me and sent me to a different location which was a run down Gas station. I get there and have to call to speak to a rep. No one there actually worked for Uhaul. Upon picking up they didn't even give me the dolly or the pads that I had paid or requested. Instead behind the gas station was a dirt lot where they threw all the dollys and one guy picked on up under a bunch of trash/ cardboard. Then they informed me they didn't have any pads and that I had to go to another location. Which I didn't because I was pressed for time and not going to another location. Then I get the uhaul and the truck is almost fully empty! No heads or anything. And upon opening the truck it was absolutely trashed, Dust, particles and leaves everywhere. THey probably just had someone drop it off. I had to clean it myself. Expected a lot more from a company like Uhaul but was severely disappointed. Also when I talked to the guy on the phone, no apology just said "Oh we gave you a couple extra miles" you need to call the line. Terrible customer service especially because I've used them in the past and had a decent experience. Seems like it all went downhill after the pandemic.

Harold BI submitted my reservation for 5 am the guy was there then I had to wait a hour for the key. I got the vehicle then switched to a smaller vehicle when we got the Silverado it was dirty inside nasty smell . There was dents on each side of the vehicle. I extended then the guy texted me and threatened me that he will be report the vehicle stolen. Would not recommend
