The drop off yard was too small and full of trash and debris and actual dogshit. Luckily a guy had just pulled out with a smaller truck and we were just able to fit our truck into their gates by 1 inch after a whole lot of manoevering (and moving their wobbly gate and stressing out). The lady at American Oil who was literally running the entire gas station BY HERSELF LIKE A BOSS was super nice and helpful, I'm sorry I didn't get her name. Please give her a raise. She took care of us. We were grateful that we could return the truck closeish to our house BUT there is a Uhaul literally on Crenshaw and the 10 freeway 4 blocks from our house and we really wished we could have dropped off there. That location has a larger yard and is more convenient to us. Please consider carrying 26 foot trucks at that location! We would rent again from Uhaul if we could rent from there.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. The experience was unprofessional from start to finish. The facility was poorly maintained, and there was no dedicated management available for the U-Haul rentals. No lock box either. Since the business is run through the gas station, the staff seemed overwhelmed and were incredibly rude. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Daniel Ethe truck was great and clean the whole event went well the only issue I had was when I picked up the actual Truck I had already reserved and scheduled for a truck but it took over an hour just to receive it, I would definitely get a U-Haul again but at different Location
ARNOLD TAt first, the car I was given was behind a frozen gate. I spent 30 minutes running around trying to figure out how this could have happened. When I found someone who could help me, she spent another 15 minutes looking for another car because she didn't have the keys to the gate. In the end, I got a different car. When I returned it, no one could really explain to me how to do it correctly. In the end, I left the keys at a gas station. After that, my car rental was still active until Monday at 9 pm. I called your company twice on Sunday to inquire about the active return. They told me not to worry, everything would be closed on Monday. Finally, on Monday at 9 am, I received a message that they were charging me more money. I called your company again. They told me they would look into it. As a result, by Monday evening, everything was as before. After that, I contacted support in your app and only then did I receive confirmation that the cancellation process had begun. At 10 pm, I received a letter saying everything was closed and the money would be recalculated. I checked the bank app and saw that the refund process had begun.
