I had a bad experience i rent the truck to drop off in riverside from los angeles but once i tryed to return it i ciuldnt they wanna charge me 360 dllrs because they said i could not drop off there

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation was very difficult to maneuver trucks in and out of pickup and drop off, and was managed by a single person running around telling me to call a random number and “speak to a guy named Mike.” If the drop of facility was a 10, this place was a 2.5.
BRIAN SPickup was difficult. Location changed last minute and person who was supposed to contact for pickup did not answer phone after numerous calls. Truck was loud exceptionally loud, and smelled like gas. likely had catalytic converter stolen. Equipment I paid for in addition to truck was not in truck at time of pickup. Terrible overall experience.unlikely to ever use uhall again.
