I was called the day before my reservation and told that the initial booking I had made needed to be moved to this location since the original location wouldn’t have the truck. I was already upset about this given that I had purposely plan my route and pick this U-Haul for a reason and had booked it two weeks in advance. On my pick up day, I arrived at this location where I was informed that they didn’t have the truck. I was then informed that I would have to drive a 20 foot truck. I have no other choice but to take this booking, I called U-Haul and after conversation, they waived the additional fee for the extra length truck, but I feel like I should’ve been compensated extra given these experiences. I’m extremely disheartened and disappointed in U-Haul. It was a very stressful experience.

I had paid for dollies and furniture mover and pads, Brett had me drive to another location to pick them up..but other location didn't have them neither..so I call Brett and told him that I was taking the rental truck back. And to cancel the order he said, that it was OK that I wasn't gonna get charge anything. Surprise I see a transaction of almost $80.00 charge to my account..Will call my bank and dispute transaction...
Rigoberto EI made reservation for 20' truck, when I got there for pick up, it is not available, so I rented 15' truck with no choice. That made us to rent 20' truck in another uhaul store and worked double. And also when I returned the 15' truck in 2 days, the clerk in gas station, so rude, not responsible. I will never use this place for rent. The place of downtown globe where we rent under my co-worker's name was much better than this in car status and service.
