I couldn't access my reserved truck to take the pictures your terrible app needs. There was equipment in the back that I didn't ask for. It took up space and I had to babysit the truck during loading and unloading so that others didn't think it was equipment we could use. The app was terrible too use. Both check in and check out after terrible. We got charged a fuel service fee though we brought fuel levels back to what they were when we got it. If the location had been my only issue, I wouldn't have thought twice. I have s bigger possible with Uhaul itself. This experience has ensured that I will spend a lot of time figuring out my other options before subjecting myself to yall again.
