We when to pick up the 26ft uhall and 6x12 had a flat tire that business never called in over weekend. So we took the truck 26ft .The supervisor set up us to pickup the trail at other location which detained us by 2 hours .the owner was gone to the bank and the trail sat in a swap area with no hitch on it and my husband had no help. This detained our trip a day. The business did not represent u-hall very well. We will not use you or recommend you as good service. I spoke with serveral people and the supervisor Micheal never got back with us. All the above happen in Houston. Bruce Tiner storage for drop off was great.

No problems picking up or returning
Constance SAfter 1 day use, this location charged me for 2 days.... I going to fight this at the credit union.
Jose SI didn't want to say the equipment was dirty, but, it was rusty. But, the biggest complaint was the location. They are very disorganized and where not open at 9am. When they did finally get there, about 9:20, we had to wait another 20 minutes because an 18 wheeler was blocking the trailer, then he couldn't get the app to work, although I had done everything the night before. We finally got to hook up about 9:48am. On return, we got to the location, saw no one.. but a large dog. He was sweet, but still, could have been violent. Did the drop off, uploaded pictures and left. Only one way in and one way out. Was not impressed.
Bobby SAmerican Scrap Metal had a single truck, I had to walk through the mud to get to the truck. I would not have been comfortable had i been alone. The gentleman was helpful but the site was poor
