The truck was extremely dirty when I picked it up, both inside the cabin and in the cargo area. It clearly had not been cleaned before being rented out. Returning the truck was also very frustrating. When I arrived, the gate was closed with no instructions on how to complete the return. I had to wait outside for over 30 minutes without any assistance or guidance. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to the poor condition of the vehicle and the lack of a clear after-hours return process.

Didn't even receive rental. Owner added their own information to my reservation and canceled it without my consent. Charged my card and refused to refund me full amount
Nathaniel MLocation feels uncomfortable and stinks really bad. Some employees don’t speak any English. Cell service is some what spotty making the process take longer than needed to pick up a trailer. Had to ask guy to assist with trailer hook up. Wasn’t really friendly and seemed annoyed that I was even there. When I told him what I was there for he wasn’t even sure he had the equipment I had reserved online. Won’t ever use that location again.
