Didn't even receive rental. Owner added their own information to my reservation and canceled it without my consent. Charged my card and refused to refund me full amount

Location feels uncomfortable and stinks really bad. Some employees don’t speak any English. Cell service is some what spotty making the process take longer than needed to pick up a trailer. Had to ask guy to assist with trailer hook up. Wasn’t really friendly and seemed annoyed that I was even there. When I told him what I was there for he wasn’t even sure he had the equipment I had reserved online. Won’t ever use that location again.

LISA AAlmost got my trailer stuck dropping it off here because of all the piles of gravel, junk and semis blocking me from driving and one of the employees at this location said I don't know how to drive worth a sh*t
