STEVEN BThe mobile pickup process was a nightmare. Took over an hour, 3 online chat disconnects, and after forever, an actual person to assist with what ever was wrong. What’s the point of entering all your info ahead of time? I was beyond frustrated!
Robert LTruck hadn't been swept was parked so close to a building i nervous pulling out. There was something sticky on the floorboard in the driver's compartment. It took almost an hour for pickup though the app and when I tried calling the customer service I was on hold till i gave up and figured it out on my own. The dolly I rented was not there, which made for a miserable moving day.
MISTY BNo lift / dollys were on the truck. Plenty of pads though. Also did not realize there would be a mileage charge. The truck wheels were not aligned and the front end had a terrible vibration. Seems like the wheels were not balanced.

Adam CThe rep seemed annoyed that I was returning my truck and said she didn’t know anything about it, and I wasn’t supposed to return the truck till Monday. I told her I had spoken to the Phoenix U-Haul person and they assigned me to return the truck at that location. She was rude and obnoxious, and then told me to move the truck and park it on the side of the facility.
Janet DThis is a small, single person site and the person takes a lunch break. The U-Haul pickup instructions should include that information.
Georganna LThe interior was clean and in good condition, however the exterior could have used a wash especially the windshield. I did have to go to two places to pick up truck and car transport, They were both pleasant experiences and the were close to each other.
Aaron Sthe front lady was very rude, condescending, and impatient. When I went to drop off the keys she watched me park get out of my car then proceeded to lock the front door and put up a sign that the office was closed due to being on the property at that time.

Steven SBrought the truck back 3/4 full took a photo, they charged me $33 said they added 6 gallons of gas! That’s BS ! They for sure didn’t drive it to add 6 gallons! No place to park it! Next time I’ll go down the road a few blocks and drop and a nice place!
James Llady behind counter was not helpful i told her i was checking in truck she said ok and that was it i asked if i needed to sign anything or prove that i brought it she just park it on gravel beside building
John GThe truck I rented was basically new, 3009 miles on it. The air conditioner worked well as it was still over 100 degrees that day. It was clean and appropriate for my needs. The only downside is that I believe I left a TV remote control in the cab of the truck, have been calling and leaving messages for days with no response. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Yvonne DRepresentative at this location was rude kept interrupting my sentence. Would barely lift a finger to help. When I returned to the office asking about the dolly she said “what?” As if I was disturbing her personal phone call. She finally assisted me after I proved to her that the website was not working for check in. The check in and check out process is complete garbage not user friendly at all. It’s too complicated for a person who is very familiar with technology. I will never rent from this location again. Would rather go somewhere the customer service is full service and not self service where an employee is lacking in customer service skills.

IRIS MAppliance dolly reserved but none available. Credit received. ***COORDONATE THE STORE HOURS WITH UHAUL ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM!!!*** It was an extreme inconvenience to have reserved a truck for 8 AM pick up, and arrive at the store to find out they did not open till 9 AM. This had a critical impact on our schedule.
BRANDON DThey never answer their phones. I called 5 times at different times and my call was never answered. I decided to go down to them and reserve a truck. The customer services was good. The truck was well used but it ran good and drove good and that's all that matters. There was a bit of trash in the back of the truck but it wasn't a big issue. Over all my experience was good I just wish they would answer the phone.
BRIAN SOnly problem there is-is location. Very dark. Hard to find in the dark. Also chose option called Rental share or something like that. Trying to check in and check out on phone didn't work. Lucky for me the clerk was late closing down and she handled the the pick up for me. If she hadn't I wouldn't have been able to get the truck. Also next day when I went to return I couldn't get any reception . But you guys didn't charge me extra for it. So I appreciate that. Everything went smoothly enough considering the glitches. Just have them light the place up.

Angela PWhen calling and reserving equipment, it would be better for the caller to know what equipment is available. I had asked for a utility dolly, and there was not one available. I was using uhaul 1 way, so equipment was not rentable.

janet pFuel gauge didn’t work properly and initial indication of how much fuel was wrong. Be careful to check yourself. Went 7 miles and it cost 20)$ in gas and fuel level hardly changed in truck. Office gave me credit back. Just be careful to check and tell them

HAILEY LWe requested a furniture dolly and it wasn't in the truck. It would have been nice if the orders were reviewed and had the right equipment inside seeing how I "rented" the furniture dolly for $14. What a disapointment.
