So nice to deal with a human and not just the app, although you still need to access the app. Easy to do, and clean truck. Unfortunately the place was closed when I returned it - it was listed as normal working hours. So the return was via the app, but all went smoothly.

Gregory WThe process was not easy. And when we arrived I rang the bell a few times and the lady on the other end was very rude. I tried explaining that the link we had wasn't working and she kept saying its done in the app. When I got on with usual rep the issue was the app was not working. Then when returning the truck the same last was very rude and I misunderstood the turning in the key and she just rudely took the key instead of just showing me politely how to return it. Moving is stressful enough with people we are paying for a service treating people so poorly.
