Friendly, helpful and quick-to-respond staff. This is a very busy place, so there a lot of vehicles and trailers coming and going, with some tight circulation at times. But, staff are quick to make room to get in and out.

The person receiving the trailer should be more customer-centric and professional: it doesn't take much additional time to clearly state to the customer something like: "no paper work is necessary at this end-point. I will be logging your trailer number into our system and you will immediately receive a confirmation email / text."

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff... very fair and excellent in all areas - But the facility itself is a disaster : rutty dirt road, not enough parking or turn around area. not enough directional signage, not enough night light, facility remind me of a scary movie. I love the people and will be happy to do business with them again, but they need to invest in their property. Thank You.

MATTHEW REquipment was well maintained and staff were friendly enough. The location in general, however was very poorly maintained. Incredibly clustered, chaotic and dirty overall. There are a couple of cats that belong to staff who are very cute and friendly, however they played a little rough with my hand while I was trying to sign for the truck and I ended up with a puncture wound on my thumb. Altogether I was pretty nervous and put off by the experience but equipment worked well and I got all of my stuff moved.... that's a win I guess...
CHLOE VBoth pick up location was excellent and drop off was exceptionally excellent. The drop off location is always clean and very professional. pick up location could be cleaner and they could be there when they said I was supposed to. They were late showing up, which made me late starting.

They explained the rules and expectations, as well as the return procedure as I would be returning it after hours. Everything worked well on the vehicle and the final bill was as expected.

ROBERT BTook longer to get the rental started than I expected which delayed my morning, and my movers substantially. Thankfully it didn’t affect the cost. Truck alignment was awful but the representative was responsive to it when I turned the truck in.
ADAM MIt was difficult to know where to take the truck. The return location had a long driveway up, at the top of the driveway there were storage units, but you could not tell where to drop off the truck. I had parked, and walked around, until someone informed me where to put it. Once I got it there, there was a woman across the lot that said, "just leave it there and we will check it in". I thought that was a bit odd, but everything seems to have gone well with the checj-in. All in all, however, it was a great rental and experience.

JASMINE MTerrible site to navigate, and no room to park vehicles for return. One source said open 8, door sign said 9, but didn’t open at 9, so I did self check. Then staff showed as I finished. From appearances, I would never rent here unless local only use.

Ricky DWe had to drive to Durango from Pagosa to pick up a tow behind trailer in our Uhaul which added exponential time to our move. In addition the tow behind trailer got a flat before we even pulled out of Pagosa we lost half a day of our move time waiting for a replacement. The guy that replaced it was great but he said that the tire that he replaced should have never been on the trailer in the first place and they certainly shouldn’t have left it on the trailer when we picked it up. Moving is incredibly stressful as it is without dealing with lazy human error.
