Sunday with someone that can help on-site that actually knows about checking in and checking out.

Trailer had quite a bit of dirt & such debris inside. We depended the employee's description of it's being clean. No big deal, but we turn our rentals back to UHaul clean. This was the first time this has happened, and we will come back to American Std. Great place. Have used them twice a year for rental/return for the last 6 years. Good folks.

Nice people, thank you.

Tough hill to access. Tough woman to deal with.

I have no problems with the location and the staff there were excellent. However the online experience was terrible. I could not acess on my phone, I could not download my receipt on my computer afterwards. I'm not tech savvy but this was a horrible frustrating experience online. The online experience will leave a bad taste in my mouth for a long time!!!!!

Prior to driving away the vehicle I checked the mileage and it was 3068 but when the invoice came it showed 3067 effectively charging me for an additional mile. The return mileage used on the invoice was accurate though. Not a big deal, but should be an accurate reading always.

Yard was closed during drop off. Very cluttered and disorganized. Difficult to find a place to drop the trailer. When I called U-Haul customer service to let them know where the trailer was dropped, the agent, Linda, was very helpful, courteous, and customer oriented. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with her over the phone.

Since on a frontage road, Google Maps had a difficult time getting me there

Reserved a truck, the state traffic folks called and it wasn't going to be available, had to get a smaller truck at a different location. Went there, no truck in the morning. The local person was awesome, she located this larger truck at yet another location. The agent there was also very good--went out of her way to make sure it worked out.

Improve outside- lots of trash & junk every where.

The office is a bit hard to find; maybe better signage.

The road in to the office needs work. Really rough and bumpy. No problem for me but a lady I know hated it.

Have rented/returned trailers here for several years. They are great. Especially the cat.

Must perform interim inspections to identify issues between formal inspections. One of the tire hold down straps was over half worn and dealer said U haul would not replace it until formal inspection. Or allow dealers to repair issues. This could be dangerous!!!!

Equipment was clean, but running lights were not functioning. I was quoted a price online and when I checked in they gave me a "guestimation" that was $50 more than the quote. When I questioned it I was told "it's just a guestimation," which I felt was a vague response. It was implied that this would not likely be my charge. When I returned the equipment (which I cleaned, as the sign inside said "save$15 by cleaning"), I was charged the "guesstimated" price. Again, I questioned it and was basically brushed off and told that was my price. I was not satisfied with this aspect of my experience; it would be nice to have an actual quote prior to taking the unit, rather than a guesstimate that exceeds the quote by this much money.

hard to find . . . better signage would help

Truck was dirty and caked in mud and dirt, including in the cargo area. There were items from the previous renter left in the cab. And I was told the keys were just left in the truck and to go get it myself. No escort or directions. Just "it's down the hill, keys are under the driver's seat, look for "x" number".

Good. Didn't add extra miles when had to drive extra for missing auto transport.

Had to locate the truck down a hill. No print out of the mileage or fuel. I had her write it down on envelope. Wasn't asked about insurance.

A little more signage on where the office is would be great. It wasn't a big deal but they complained that I parked in the wrong place when it is hard to determine where one should park.

The rims were badly rusted and the tires were worn and flat. We had to air them up on our trip.

I didn't like that there was a cat on the desk. Place was dirty and smelly. One guy had a very bad B.O. smell to him.

When I arrived, the woman in the office was dealing with some kind of situation... we were asked to park the car hauler next to a building and then she made a copy of our contract; so she could close it out later (after we had gone)... it was a very small, overly congested, and I in inviting place..... but then perhaps they have just outgrown their location... not too sure what to think

Let them know that the trailer isn't entirely water proof. I had snow and rain almost my entire trip and some of my wooden furniture got wet because I didn't know that I needed to cover it up with waterproof material
