The equipment was dirty, the location is difficult to maneuver the trailers in and out. The staff was rude and unfriendly. Compared to other experiences this was not at all what I have come to experience with U-hual.

joe sCorporate office did not notify me pick up location was switched at last minute from Farmington, NM to Durango,CO. I found out when I arrived at Farmington location. This was not acceptable! However, please note Farmington location manager did a great job covering for the corporate office terrible oversight. She is to be commended.
