The staff here at American storage hwy 69 were not professional at all, they discussed my storage unit with someone that was not authorized on my account multiple times and caused tons of confusion, they also discussed my payment details with non authorized parties, they were very disrespectful, I have phone calls recorded where the staff members one in particular, named FARRAH admitted repeatedly to discussing my account with someone that she was very aware that I was having issues with, Farrah admitted to discussing my account with someone. There was also apparently random people going around cutting off locks on multiple storage units, and the facility placed different locks on the storage units that were “broken into” and never gave me a key to the “new lock” so that I could get the belongings out of the unit, they waited until a month later and then charged me for the month that they had their lock on my storage unit, when in fact I was wanting to move the things out of the unit but I couldn’t because the staff was not available to give me access to their lock until the time had already passed where I already owed for another month, I think this is part of a scam something that they do so that they can keep their locks on people’s unit and charge them for an extra month! they also claim to have security cameras at the property but when my storage unit was broken into or lock cut off whichever you want to call it, they had no camera footage of who it was, in fact I was not told the truth about the camera footage UNTIL my lock was cut off!! They claim they have 24/7 surveillance but that is a complete lie! I would not recommend anyone use this company for anything if you don’t want your personal business discussed with random UNAUTHORIZED people!! I have also asked for supervisor names, owner names and phone numbers, all to be ignored. They refuse to give me any details for any higher up employees for this facility. I had refused to pay the last month that they tacked on due to them denying me access because the locks were randomly cut off and them holding the unit locked until the following month so that I owed for the next month so they auctioned my unit off. If you don’t want to have all your personal business discussed with unauthorized people I suggest do not use this place. I am still trying to get in touch with the owners of this place so that I can send the phone recordings to them of how my rights were violated if any owners get this or see this review please please get in contact with me

I was very pleased with my storage unit. Nice people and nice facilities. If I need a storage unit in the future I will without a doubt use them again.

It was easy to register over the phone and if needed, you could always talk to a person. If needed, I would rent from them again.

The cleanliness was fair only because they were still building and the lighting and security was never any problems however getting in touch with anyone was nearly impossible, there is no website to make payments, the phone number was different everytime no one was ever at the location, only the owner would randomly be walking around on his cell phone, and the number on the gate to call Sam, no one ever answered. I was almost 2 months behind and they sold my things. I requested email receipts and only got 2, out of the 7 months I was there, the first one and then one telling me my things were moved out, which they put Sept 30 on the receipt and it was emailed to me the first of the month. I'm reporting them to the BBB

This is the worst storage unit I have ever had. The first month,they forgot to log me into as being moved into the unit. This resulted in then cutting my lock and putting a company lock on, after getting this resolved, I went to my unti to get some stuff out of it. And low an behold all my boxes had been gone through! I called the owners of unit and was told their was nothing they could do, to call the cops. Mind yall I was the only one that access to my unit until the incident happened on the 1st! I wouldn't recommend this storage unit to anyone! I've had trouble getting in and out the gate because the gate was not oppressing correctly, waited a hour for one of their workers to get their and fix it for me. They was suppose to install cameras on the units after my complaint, but just like all the other lies I was told this didn't happen.
