Not all the materials I reserved were in the truck when I picked up.
JESUS AI called Saturday afternoon and the person who answered the phone was very helpful. She told me there was a place to leave the keys so that we could return the truck after hours.

AZIA GThe lady at the desk told me the van had a full tank of gas. I get in the van, and it’s on E (there’s proof of this in my uploaded picture to the app of the odometer). I put $80 in gas in the tank. (I would like my $60 refunded that was initially put in the tank when it was on E) The van definitely needs some type of maintenance, it was driving very weird.

LOLITA JPLEASE MAINTAIN YOUR VEHICLES. VEHICLE WAS NOT ALIGNED WHICH CAUSE SWINGING AND HARD STEERING. SHOCKS ARE BAD. IT WAS PARTICULAR THE REASON WHY I RESERVED THE SMALLER VERSION AND HAVING TO PAY $10 TO NO FAULT OF MY OWN MADE ME ANGRY. BUT THE LOCATION, STORE APPEARANCE AND CLEANLINESS WERE PERFECT

Billie MI received a statement for $14k worth of charges for an extended rental. The charge breakdowns are not what were in the original contract. I was completely overcharged and will not be making any payment arrangements. The rental was repented after a blowout. There was no damages to the vehicle outside of the blowout. Please explain $14k worth of charges?

Baby MWe were not able to make our trip the front left tire keep going down and we believe the unit needed to be serviced like maybe a tune up the ride was to ruff for my 96 year old father -in-law this was my first time having any issues with uhaul so I will not lose faith in the company.

Nadine GI have rented from this location before with no issues. The truck I rented yesterday had bad trasmission issues. More often than not I could barely move. I was pressed for time due to work and didnt have time to return it before my mission was over. I only had it for 3 hours. Also depending on my next rental experience in a few days will determine my referral.

It would not let me take the 2nd picture and I had to refill everything out on my return from the beginning at least 6 times until it finally asked me for the second photo so I could proceed with my rental return. I spent a good 20 minutes. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Paul RThe lady was not in the office when I got there for my truck. She was supposed to be walking the property but, I saw her in the back of the property just sitting on the golf cart. I had a 9 a rental and was a bit late but she also didn’t answer her text or message that was sent by the lady that took my complaint over the phone.- This is my second bad experience with uhaul. Also the return policy puts too much on the paying customer rather than just having us drop the key and leave…we now have to do too much on line check in.
LaTrese CI arrived at 8:55 am along with my husband to drop off uhaul no one was at this location. We waited until 9:15 am and no one showed up. So, we used the mobile link to drop off because we had another appointment. This was unacceptable because they opened at 9:00 am. I will not in the future use this location or recommend to anyone.
Millicent WIf the truck I rented is indicative of how the other vehicles are maintained I would never recommend this location. The inside was filthy and smelled like smoke. The truck itself was slow and unresponsive. The outside of the vehicle was severely damaged and the interior of the storage space looked as if it hadn’t been swept in weeks. My overall experience with this rental is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced! If this is a reflection of how Uhaul operates its businesses now, I’m going to have to find another company for my future needs.
