The keys were in the wrong lock box. I had to call in to find my keys. It threw off my schedule. Please make sure this does not happen to others.

I ordered a dolly and when I got to U-Haul they didn't have any and I had boxes that needed a dolly to make the move easier. I was extremely disappointed , this is not the level of service I expected from U-Haul and the only explanation that was given was, " I tried to call you to let you know"! Very disappointed ! !
Ericka TI made a reservation but uhaul unilaterally changed pickup location to much farther from my house. When I called to discuss, I was offered $50 off but never received it.
David SExtra fees were charged for services that I didn’t sign up for. Inside of truck was dirty with broken glass. Returned before closing time and when I received my invoice it stated 3 hours later. Staff was not professional
