LANCE CWhen I returned the uhaul, I got there at 11:40am and nobody was there, I put the keys down on his desk and left with my ride. When I got the bill the time changed to 11:54 and I got charged for another day. On top of that when I returned the uhaul the mileage was 7,984 miles I looked at it to calculate my costs. Upon receiving the bill it claims my miles were 8000, which is a lie. And the gas I was a little shy of the just over 3/4 tank mark. So naturally I got jabbed for 5 gallons of gas when in reality it was probably 2. I have probably rented 40+ uhauls over the last 5 years. I've never had that done to me. And I'm just informing you this one will be my last

FRANCISCO RWork with the customer when there is a state of emergency and the governor is asking all folks to stay off the roads when that happens U-Haul should make the necessary accommodations to help the customer and avoid a 100% bill increase.

JOHN DI won’t recommend U-Haul to anyone. All these hidden extra fees are a joke.
MICHAEL SLance is always on top of things! I had reserved a trailer but realized at the last minute that I really needed a 15’ truck. Within minutes he changed everything and I was on my way! The lot configuration makes it so easy to get in and out. Equipment clean and ready to go! Always a pleasure doing business here.

TRAVIS Gperson was helpful and nice. the location was great. Issues: UHaul system was done when we went to pickup. Long line because of that. Person had to write down everything on paper. Due to that a dolly ended up on the pickup that we did not take but had reserved. Did not take as it would not be helpful. notified both UHaul and the location to remove the dolly but never happened. App had issues here when it asked for pic and license pic but app kept failing attatching the back of license even though had excellent internet connection. gave up after 3 tries --- app stinks but location was great.

CLYDE CThe location was satisfactory but the overall rental with uhaul was not. May initial pickup location was changed at the last minute to a location that was future from my home. When i complained about the distance it got moved to a place closer to my home. I tried calling that location the day before my pickup day and they didn't answer so I called your 800 number and found out that they didn't even have the trailer. I will second guess using U-haul in the future.
JOSEPH EI appreciate that the trucks are parked in a way that makes them easy to access and drive off the lot when it is before office hours.

STEPHANIE MIt's very close to my house. I remember when it first opened, it was a tiny place and a bit challenging to maneuver a truck in. They've improved it by adding more space. The pickup and delivery process was simple and safe. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a rental service. Thank you.
Reender PCargo area had a sticky floor and smelled like fermented garbage. Had to clean it myself. I paid in advance for the hand truck but didn’t use it and was charged anyway.

JOSEPH KPick-up location was changed due to truck availability and wasn’t able to get to the new location at within pick up window while location was still open. Had to use the mobile pick up in the rain while on a call with U-haul support to get things done.

WANNETTE SEverything from picking it up to returning was excellent. The workers were really friendly and helpful
DONALD AThey added a cleaning charge and gas charge even though vehicle was clean and the gas was left at the same spot as pickup.
SHERIDON PEasy to get to and instructions were clear. Location appeared a little run down; however, it did not impact my use of the facility. I was only dropping off and it was after hours. My mapquest got me to the facility with the address, but I did not see an American Store & Lock sign. The UHaul trucks on the lot helped me know I was in the right place.
MICHELE NThis location is a great UHAUL rental agency. No problems whatsoever - very courteous. Comment to other rentals - this place is very busy on a Saturday morning. Be patient and arrive a little before your scheduled time. They have a great selection of rentals, which means everyone wants one. The representative worked very quickly and courteously to make sure everyone got the attention and equipment they had paid for.

Flor DIt’s a convenient location to my home for drop off. However it’s small with limited parking and unattended on a holiday. The app worked fine for drop off but I had almost no where to park the truck and no one available to assist. I had called ahead and was told it was “open” but not informed no one would be available to help if needed.
Mark SWas given a defective utility dolly when it was supposed to be there to help us and make it easier. Didn’t realize it was defective until we needed it as it was in the back of the truck. Frustrated as this should have never happened and not sure why they would’ve even supply this. The location was closed when I needed assistance with the dolly. When trying to use the dolly, it was scratching my appliances and would not strap due to the defective handlebar. Staff was friendly, but overworked
JAMES HI was told I don’t return my truck when I had and they called and texted for 3 days. I had to call support where they could clearly see the pictures I loaded at return. Then I was charged for the extra insurance when I had already paid it. Then on top of that they tried to charge me for gas even though I returned at same level. Too much of a hassle with this particular franchise. Choose another. I’ve never had these problems before
