CHARLIE CI cannot remember the associate's name at the Uhaul center, but he was very helpful and professional!
Michael PI set the pickup time for 9 AM but American Store & Lock does not open until 10 AM. Fortunately someone arrived early and handled everything very nicely. If he did not arrive early, I would have been confused because the office was locked and I did not know what was happening.

Dennis FWhen I check the fuel tank it was not totally full,I tried to make a photo thrue the application,but in was not success,when I bring the car back,I made a full fuel tank,I understand than 2 -3 gallons of fuel it is nothing,but ... Everything else was perfect ,thank you very much for your service.I will use this service in the future

JOHN NThe 27/7 pick up did not work. I spent over an hour attempting to get the access to the uhaul through the app. I ended up having to leave and come back. Thank goodness the person on site was so friendly to make up for the horrific and frustrating experience that was trying to pick up the truck. App and the 24/7 pickup definitely needs to be improved.

matthew yThe location manager gets "thumbs up" for his service. I am, however, disappointed in the condition of the 10' truck I rented. The truck was mechanically sound, but the driver's seat needed to be replaced. After the 900 mile trip, I am still sore and muscle tired.
Bryan BEverything was PERFECT. The Uhaul guy had the best attitude i have ever experienced. It was stressful enough trying to get our daughter out of college and he was the most understanding person we spoke with so as i had stated before you best attribute is your manager. Well done!!
