I tried calling 5 times the day I had the truck to indicate I was behind and would be a few minutes and never got a return call and then got charged got a whole extra day of rentals. For the record, they showed the return date as three days later because they weren’t open on the other days

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck was fine, however, I reserved a utility dolly and 2 furniture dollies. When I checked to see if they were in the truck at pick up, they weren’t, so I went inside to get it sorted out and the guy said “No dollies. Customers don’t like to return those so we don’t have any.” While he removed the charges off my reservation, he was rude about it, and I was frustrated because there was no communication beforehand and was left to go buy my own.
BROOKE ZThis was one Uhaul location that did everything right. The attendant was professional and kind. It was so smooth. I’ve never had a Uhaul transaction so smooth other then returning a truck. Other locations could learn a lot from this location on how to run a truck rental branch.
Marcus HThe guy that works there was very rude when I was trying to figure out the mobile pick up. Was going to rent a couple storage units there but I have now switched to Public Storage only because I don’t want to deal with the rude guy that manages the place.
