Gerald WThe woman who worked at the rental office was very snotty and condescending when I asked if I was at the right building to pick up my rental. The office was very dirty with cobwebs on the windows, paperwork all over the gal’s desk, and there was also nothing there to make the location identifiable as the U-Haul rental office. The only reason I assumed it was is because there were two trucks parked outside and my GPS directed me there. The woman who was working there also had me go through and answer all the questions I already filled out online when I reserved the truck to hopefully save some time.
Kellen DGreat location right off the freeway. Only 1 employee there when we got there but she worked fairly quickly to get us out the door and on our way. The moving truck had some dirt in it but not bad.

Robert BI have never had this poor of service from uhaul in the past. From the start I was a little worried as the business had not removed the recent fallen snow in the last 24-32 hours and it was hard to get into the parking area with my 4x4 truck. The truck I received had snow and ice covered over the windshield and I had to do the removal. As I was trying to leave with the uhaul truck it got stuck because I was basically pushing snow. I noticed a shovel near the office and I proceeded to shovel the truck out. After 15 minutes I was able to finally get it out. This was a dangerous situation as the businesses exit ilgoes directly in a busy street. The representative did not come out, offer assistance, or even apologize for this bad experience. The truck had a strong odor of dog feces. As I brought it back after topping the fuel off, nothing had changed about the snow situation and it was hard to get into the entrance. I drove into the open area to try and turn around as the representative told me I had to park it where my personal truck was at. The uhaul truck unfortunately got stuck. I went into to tell the representative and explained what happened. As we were walking out to do the inspection she makes the statement, this is the second time you got it stuck and proceeded to question me as to why I tried to turn it around in the back. I told the representative that I did not appreciate her comment and explained the snow removal was not my responsibility but I chose to remove the snow the first time getting the truck out. She said that she was the only one there. I told her this was not a personal issue with her but the business has a responsibility to remove the snow. She kept walking away and told me to have a nice day. Very passive aggressive. There was Zero personal accountability, apology, nothing. Horrible representation of Uhaul. Like I said before, Uhaul has never treated me this way and I have used uhaul over several years.
Bradley CI got charged a 20 dollar “After Hours” fee when I was told it’s 24 hour 7 days a week anytime drop off…

Kenneth RFirstly, one week prior to our pick-up date, I made my reservation in person in Homedale, Idaho. I was only needing a 10' truck for 24 hours. We have utilized the location there a few times in the past. Evidently a new employee was assigned to my reservation request. The main clerk, a woman we had done prior business, was sort of helping her with the software forms. She got a phone call on her cell and I watched the trainee click on lots of things before another employee was asked to help her finish. She handed me my reservation documentation. I know that I told her " One way from Homedale to Emmett Idaho " more than twice. Evidently she made many mistakes on our reservation, I normally let my wife handle it as she has years of OJT in Uhaul contracts, I'll not make that mistake happen again. Then....we are told no truck available at Homedale and had to pickup a 15' in Caldwell Idaho, more miles..... by the time we got our truck loaded and to Emmett our help had flaked. We called to ask for 1 more day, got transferred to a Supervisor, we explained our situation and that we're both over 60 and disabled plus retired. That Supervisor gave us 1 extra day at no charge, but didn't report or advise anyone else. We got charged a lot more than we had expected! Living on a fixed income. Eric BI found the customer service to be lacking, the lady running it didn't have a very friendly demeanor it wouldn't be somebody I would rent a U-Haul from again I think she needs to work on her attitude a little bit. I run a business and I understand the importance of customer relations and making sure that I have a great attitude in front of the customers no matter what my circumstances are.
