Ac only worked half the time. Nobody was at the location to help it was 100 degrees outside and we had to due everything on line. It was a joke and a pain in the ass to be honest

I was called with less than 24 hour notice that my reserved truck was at a location over a hour away. Only offered 50 dollar refund for the inconvenience which didn't even cover the gas to get the truck to the location I reserved it at. Reservation was made two weeks in advance. The location I had to drive to pick it up was just a dusty lot with no actual employees. So I had to spend 20 minutes on hold waiting for a representative to help me check in my reservation. Then a hour drive back to my home so I could finally start moving.
William LFilled truck fuel to full and was charged for mileage when additional mileage was to be covered. Rude customer service.

Tesia Hafter originally planning to pick this trailer up in hermiston, I received a phone call two days before the reservation asking if we would be willing to travel a little farther & pick the trailer up in boradman (about 20 min from hermiston.) upon agreeing to the arrangement for a small discount, keeping my reservation for 9:30AM pickup, I was told that if I needed or wished to pick it up earlier, this location is open at 8AM so it wouldn't be a problem. moving day: we type in the address, it takes us to a SKETCHY motel....Well, we arrived at about 8:40AM, hoping even by 9:15 (room for grace in case they were busy) the paperwork process would be started, trailer hooked up and on our way by at least 9:45...that was not the case. No one waiting at the office, all the doors locked, calling the help number to get a hold of someone...all to be called back at 9:10AM and told "my bad we were asleep." I would imagine if you've done enough of these pick ups, you would know to at least have a half an hour buffer to BE AT THE LOCATION when your business hours (according to everyone else)are 8AM and thereafter... System seemed to be malfunctioning or something to get the license scanned in, operator error?? No idea, but it seemed like this was damn near their first rodeo. After being at this location, waiting, hoping, wondering & annoyed, I finally pulled out with my rental at 10:20AM and got about the rest of my very busy and less hectic but now BEHIND day. Please get this location figured out & don't send people back here if this trend isn't resolved.
