While the location was great the van was dirty inside and out. Also the inside smelled of cigarettes really bad. The van had no pickup but got the job done.
MONICA BI had the worse experience picking up my uhaul at a uhaul neighborhood dealer located at 10701 Avenue D, Brooklyn, NY 11236. When I arrived my 9’ cargo van was not there. I called the customer service number and spoke with a representative named Tony. I explained the situation to him and he assured me he would change the 9’ van in the system to a different one so that I’ll be able to drive today. Then he said “thank you for calling uhaul” and hung up without clarifying any details. I checked the uhaul app to see if the details was updated. It was not, so I called the customer service number again and spoke to Natasha. She was amazing! And deserves a Raise or a promotion. She was able to handle everything for me in a timely manner and she was able to get me into another van. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Besides my experience with Natasha everything else was horrible. The whole process took me 3 hours in total and it was such an inconvenience and I was delayed on what I had to do. I would honestly like to request a full refund and file a complaint on that location and the representative Tony! I was able to pick up my new 9’ cargo at Americas Food Basket and the representative there was great!

sergio lYou shouldn’t charge prior to the car being brought back. I was asked for an estimate of how many miles I would put on the car and then was charged immediately using that number. We ended up using less than the estimated number of miles. I was told I would be refunded the rest. It has yet to happen
