Im never picking up here again, and i might never use uhaul again. I reserved a truck for 7 am, this location did not open until 9, but it still let me reserve it. There was no notification. It cost me a lot of time and a money on top of making me look unprofessional. I want a refund

I couldn't complete my task due to the fact the one of the headlights was not working and I could take the right of being pulled over for equipment failure.
Ray EThis place rented a poorly conditioned uhaul. It has 7400 moles on it and the gas gauge doesn’t work right. They had a different amount of gas on the contract that the vehicle stated on the infotainment. Good basket charged me for gas that as in the tank because they failed to do their due diligence and make sure the vehicle was working properly. The vehicle was also overdue for an oil change. Some of these private contractors that rent uhauls need to be evaluated. Let’s see if they can make it right, I put a claim in.
