Have the vehicle cleaned as there was the previous renters paper work, a used bottle of water, and a plastic knife left inside. Additionally, have them check that batteries, so they die on the customer as it did with me. Also, the customer shouldn't have to ask for a physical copy of the document they signed and agreed to regarding on the conditions, mile, and gas gauge of the truck they're renting multiple times and be told it's in your email before they give the paperwork.

Tricia BIn order to drive a 10-foot truck you need to be tall. For me the driver seat did not adjust so it was not easy to drive. I had lean forward to see over the steering wheel and to see traffic in front of me.
Kathleen DIm never picking up here again, and i might never use uhaul again. I reserved a truck for 7 am, this location did not open until 9, but it still let me reserve it. There was no notification. It cost me a lot of time and a money on top of making me look unprofessional. I want a refund
