The place where I had to return is not even open on Christmas Day. I returned the check on Christmas Day and they’re saying I didn’t return it till the next day. I didn’t even get to start using my truck until after 4 PM on the day that I picked it up so it’s justified that I would return it just after 4 PM on the day of my return. The fact that you charged me an extra day and checked it in the morning of the 26th is Ludacris. You should have cameras out there that show that I did return the truck and have a video showing that I returned the truck on the 25th.

JACLYN OWheel was in fact low although there was a sticker saying it is not. Felt very unsafe because of that although seemingly small lie.

EDWARD DThe cab could have been a little cleaner. It was a newer vehicle and there were stains on the seats that could have easily been removed with a handheld shampoo vacuum. Overall a good experience, friendly and respectful staff, both coming and going.
KURT HI have always used U-Haul in the past. We rent a vehicle several times a year for art festivals, but I doubt that I will be using U-Haul in the future because of the drastic increase in the mileage charge.

Denise FThe only thing I could think of is I couldn't figure out how to open the passenger side door on the truck that I used. You could only open it from the inside and not the outside which was rather inconvenient. Otherwise all was well!

Jack BThe rental APP was glitchy and used wrong grammar when asking about mileage. It asks, “how many miles did you drive”, what it wants to know is how many miles on the odometer. I drove 4 miles. The odometer read 314 miles. See the difference. The APP doesn’t inform you that you have to be at the location to access pickups causing some confusion this morning. Then it cut me off after asking me to take pictures. I called support only to find I had already completed the transaction. Good, but then I wasted 10 more minutes calling support because the APP never informed me I was done. I won’t be using the APP to rent a truck ever again. If I can’t do it at the counter with a representative, I will find another rental service.
