Dax was very helpful and courteous. The Uhaul system was having an issue. Dax was able to reach out to his corporate support team and get it resolved. It took a few minutes and Dax was very courteous during the issue getting resolved. The car hauler trailer worked great. I finished early and Dax promptly assisted in the drop off and I was on my way. Thanks for the great service and equipment.

Store hours noted opening at 09:30AM. I arrived for my 10am appointment at 9:56 and the location was not open, doors locked and nobody in the visible area. I rang the Ring Doorbell and that awoke a dog barking and the onsite manager (Dex) came downstairs to open. He was polite, apologized for my wait and started the check out process for the trailer I had rented. He asked me if the trailer (5'x6') I had reserved was going to be adequate, I said I thought so as I was only transporting a king size bed. This got me to verifying the king size bed and to discover a bigger trailer would be better. Dex set me up with a 6'x12' trailer. He helped guide me and get the trailer connected and confirmed all lights were working accordingly. I asked if he needed anything more from me and he said no, you're good to go. I received the U-Haul check out message to my phone as I was pulling away from the U-Haul location. I pulled over in a parking area not far from the U-haul office. I took the requested pictures and I noticed needing to confirm receiving the 12 moving blankets and the dolly I reserved but they were not in the trailer. I went back into the U-Haul office area and Dex was helping his other 10am appointment that showed up. Dex asked me if I needed something else and I explained I'm missing the moving blankets and the dolly. He pointed to a stack of blankets on the floor and said to help myself to 12 of them and the dolly was there for me to grab as well. I made a couple of trips getting the blankets and the dolly out to the trailer and then I was on my way. The only other challenge was upon returning the trailer, there was little to no space to put it. Dex had noted that because his office is closed on Sunday and Monday and I was returning it on a Monday, that I should park it in front of the closed fence and along a curb area across from the office. When I arrived to return the trailer, there was already a truck parked where Dex told me to park the trailer. I parked the trailer in front of the truck but the front portion of the trailer extended along a red painted fire lane area which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Unfortunately I had no other choice to park the trailer that I was returning. I will note, although no one of the issues noted were enough to never use that location again, I do think there are some opportunities to improve the overall experience.

HAMID RMore clearly marked parking spots for the U Haul
POUYA RI arrived just before pickup at the location on my pickup date and found the worker behind the counter looking like he just woke up...on a Thursday....at 10 a.m. His dog was barking in the other room and was really annoying. He checked us out, no problem, had the truck ready to go outside and then forgot to give us the key. I had assumed since he forgot to give us the key, it was just in the vehicle. It wasn't. So I went back in and he apologized and went to a box in the front, and pulled out a key for me. Wrong key. Then he said he would have to go look for the key. So I waited another 5-10 minutes for the correct key. And here he had pushed me to leave a google review right away for service, which I did. But I should have waited until the whole transaction was done. Drop off...no issues. Quick and easy.
