Simple pickup/ easy drop off
MICHAEL HAlthough the cost isn't really worth a formal dispute. I filled the tank to exactly the level that I received which was 5/8 of a tank. So this fuel charge at a gas station none the least was completely false. Uhaul should look into these unethical practices.
ROBERT AI had a great experience renting a U-Haul truck! The reservation process was quick and easy, and when I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and made sure I understood everything about the rental. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and handled smoothly throughout my move. Returning the truck was just as easy, with no hidden fees or surprises. Overall, it made my moving day much less stressful. I would definitely rent from U-Haul again and highly recommend them!

SHERI TI was moving a friend rented a truck u-haull. The move didnt go well so i had to keep the truck an extra day. The personel at u-haul was helpful and the transaction was smooth and effortless. Thank you too the folks at wilmington oh, u-haul

RONALD SIt wasn't clear where to drop it off. It was a gas station. There wasn't a U-Haul sign, or wasn't one that I saw. Eventually, some guy came running out of the convenience store and told me where to park it. He said he couldn't help because he was the only one working. He wasn't wearing anything to identify that he worked there. It was very confusing. I parked the trailer and left. I took a picture because I had nothing to verify that I actually dropped it off. Fortunately, I did receive an email confirmation, but it had an additional $20 charge for an additional day!!??

JOHN MInternet or connection to uhaul main site delayed pickup by a few minutes. Clerk tried several different ways to access and connection kept dropping, so he was unable to complete the transaction until it finally came back.
Jennifer MI would literally be friendly not treat people like their dollar signs and I would understand if people are paying for a service and continue to pay for the service to be nicer and not be straight asses

Robert HSmooth and easy drop off. I showed him my pictures, told him of my problems (the app wasn’t letting me do pretrip at picku.) they took care of it no problems.

SAMUEL TNeed a better description and explanation of pricing. What ever is quoted on the sticker cost; expect a third to one half increase in price and it’s not due to the taxes. It’s sad when you calculate a cost to be around $100 and your bill is $155. Many questionable fees!

Amber PI returned truck with more fuel than I received in it at pickup and was still charged 24 dollars extra. I have pictures and would like to see their pictures after they fueled it. Not happy about this. But everything else was fantastic.
Scott BInside the box had some kind of dried mud. Rear hitch was caked with mud and rocks. I was pleased with the truck overall. My fault for not sweeping out the back of the truck upon return. I was charged the $25.00 for not sweeping it out.
Timothy HI filed a dispute. I didn’t get any paperwork after checking out. When I returned my truck the mileage and gas were different on the documents I got for the start of the trip than what the dashboard read. I Always take a picture of my start and finish. It’s was off by 13 miles .. also chArged me for gas .. when I filled it back up to where it was when picked it up. Rep told me I’d get the check out docs in my email .. which I did not

Christopher CI've used uHaul many times. This location is very shady. It's the only location where I showed up and the truck wasn't full. The gas was just a tick above halfway which made me suspicious. I was nervous that no matter where I return the gas at, even if it was exactly where it looked, they would try to charge me. That's exactly what they did. I filled up with 10 gallons of gas at their gas station and the gas tank was exactly at the same mark where I picked it up at. They still charged me for gas. When the tank isn't full that leaves room for these operators to steal your money because it's not an exact science. These guys are crooks.
