Best service in town. Truck was nice & cleaned out. Guy Sam was very helpful and he knows what he was doing. Wonderful service by this dealer. They are on it and service was above & beyond. Can’t believe they are doing this great job in this little town. Very helpful. Thank you

To start I asked for insurance when renting vehicle and was told that $60 was the cheapest, even though I was just told by another Uhaul dealer I could get protection for $15. I was charged an extra day. Picked up a 10’ truck at 4:45 pm on 7/1. We returned it at 9:15 am on 7/2. When I got receipt it showed truck was not checked in until 10:45 pm and I was charged for 2 days. I have used Uhaul for my work needs and have never had issues before now. I went back to the rental location and was told I would get a refund by noon on 7/6. If I don’t get that refund I will not use Uhaul for moving needs for work or personal needs.

WAYNE GI rented a truck with a ramp. There was no ramp. I'm 66 and my helper is 72. No ramp made loading near impossible
Ellen SMan didn’t know English well. Didn’t know how to put on a hitch. Didn’t even help us connect it. We had asked a random man help us connect it and give us tips and helped us with lights and everything. Horrible first experience
