It took me 45 minutes to get my truck because I had to essentially do every myself. What happened to walkng in, giving your info, doing a walk around and getting the keys. Also the “cashier “ didn’t speak a word of English. Not a word. I work with people all the time that have English as a second language but communication is possible. This woman had no idea what I was saying, and seemingly no inclination to try.

It was the worst experience ever, I should get a refund. They had me waiting for multiple hours before I got to take the truck, then when I brought it back after hours they didn’t have a key drop area, so they had me searching all over the gas station while I’m on the phone with U-Haul, and then they finally decided I should just keep the key until tomorrow; keep in my I work every single day and am very very busy. They are spam calling me all day while I’m working then I get on my 15 min lunch break and decide I’m going to bring the key back on my one break I have all day. When I walk in with the key there is some lady sitting there waiting for the keys for the truck… how do you rent a truck you don’t even have the keys for? This place was terrible, and U-Haul did nothing to help!
