The back of the Uhaul had trash and was not cleaned out. We had to do it before we used the truck. The cab smelled like cigarette smoke. We could not drop the key off because the business did not have a after hours drop box and no there was not a slot in the door or any signage where you could. We wasted alottttttttttttttttttttttt of time trying take care of this, not to mention I chatted 5 times and it kept disconnecting. The only saving light was when I called the gentleman helped me. There is a safety issue as well when a business does not have what it needs to conduct business such as a drop box there is a problem with that at 12:00 am. Wth!!!!!! To top it off they didnt have the utility or furniture dolly in the uhaul and customer service at the location said they did not have any. UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM UHAUL!!! THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE AT ANOTHER LOCATION. YALL NEED TO REVAMP YOUR SYSTEM BECAUSE IT SUCKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck it told me to get wasn’t there and I reserved a 10’ truck and received a 20’ truck. The 10’ truck on the lot the keys were nowhere to be found. Then I was charged $20 more than I was originally.

Christopher Battendant was sweet and did her job getting us the rental but didnt speak hardly any English, which meant any questions couldn't be addressed easily. While the truck was in good condition structurally it had very weak brakes, very poor acceleration, very weak air conditioning, when we returned it she didn't go out to the truck to inspect it to confirm all is good, she said she was busy although there were no customers in her store and that she would look a the truck when she got time, which means if anyone damaged the truck after we returned it but before she inspected it, that we might get blamed and couldn't prove it wasn't us, this aspect is very egregious and unfair businesses practice
